Exploring presence with others

Most meditation happens alone.
Here, we gently explore what changes when another person becomes part of the experience.

Through simple movement, interaction, and simple partner exercises,
we explore presence not only in stillness — but together, in real time.
Zero performance.
Just being, in a calm and grounded space for curiosity, contact, and observation.

Stay grounded, connected, and conscious while relating to others

We'll explore a mix of stillness, movement, interaction, and observation —
while staying true to your own experience and pace.

• Moments of silence and awareness
• moments of action, playfulness, interaction and movement
• noticing reactions in real time
• boundaries, expression, and contact
• shared reflection and presence with others
No experience is needed.
You are free to participate in the way that feels right for you.

About the facilitator

Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi.I’m a coach (Lebens- und Sozialberater in training) and workshop facilitator. In my work, I create spaces where presence can be explored through the body, interaction, and direct experience.Rather than focusing on fixing or achieving, I’m interested in what becomes possible when we slow down, stay with what is here, and meet ourselves and others more consciously.

For some,
this becomes something deeper

Train your ability to stay present when life feels intense, instead of shutting down or reacting automatically

It’s one thing to feel present in silence,
it’s another when something challenges you
In daily life, when things get real,
habits take over, you lose your presence,
and things start feeling “too much”
Learn to respond instead of react — in movement, in interaction, in life —
supported by community
